1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using visibleonline.com or purchasing any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use our website or services.
2. Services
Visible Online provides website design, search engine optimization (SEO), and lead generation services for small businesses. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are detailed in individual service packages or in custom proposals.
3. Pricing and payment
Our prices are listed on the packages page in USD and are subject to change. For one-time projects, full payment is typically required before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. For monthly retainer services (such as Stay Visible), payment is due in advance each month. We accept payment by credit card and bank transfer.
4. Project timeline
We aim to deliver an example build within the timeframe quoted at project start. After you approve the example, your site goes live within 48 hours. For larger or more complex projects, the example build may take additional time. We will communicate any delays promptly.
5. Revisions
Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the included amount are billed at our standard hourly rate.
6. Client responsibilities
For us to deliver effectively, you agree to:
- Provide accurate business information, content, and brand assets in a timely manner
- Respond to questions and approval requests within reasonable timeframes
- Have the legal right to use any content, images, logos, or trademarks you provide to us
- Pay invoices on time
7. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, you own the final website, content, and creative work we produce for you. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio and case studies, with your business name (we will ask first if you prefer anonymity). We retain ownership of our underlying methods, templates, and tools used to deliver the work.
8. Refunds
If you are not satisfied with the example build, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving the example. Once the site is approved and goes live, the project is considered delivered and refunds are no longer available. For monthly retainer services, you may cancel at any time, and your service will continue until the end of the current paid month.
9. Limitation of liability
We do our best to deliver work that helps your business grow, but we cannot guarantee specific results such as Google rankings, traffic volumes, or lead numbers. Search engine rankings depend on many factors outside our control. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate ongoing services with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to terminate immediately if you violate these terms, engage in abusive or illegal behavior, or fail to pay invoices after reasonable reminders.
11. Confidentiality
We treat all business information you share with us as confidential. We will not disclose your business strategy, financials, or proprietary information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Antwerp, Belgium, unless otherwise required by consumer protection law.
13. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated to active clients by email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
